Cover and center ads available only in color. All other ads are black & white. Spot colors (red, blue, green) can be added to black & white ads for $50 per color. Please submit camera-ready copy on disk or CD in PDF, TIFF or EPS file format. Art work will be charged at $25.00/hour.
